The only data held by Tango West Ltd pertaining specifically to the Redland Club and it's activities, are the addresses, emails and phone numbers of individuals and organisations who use the Club for their activities. These details have been given to us as part of the contractual arrangements set up when those individuals or organisations have agreed to hire the Redland Club premises to carry out their activities. These details are used by Tango West Ltd purely for communications pertaining to the hiring of the Club and it's activities.
