The only data held by Redland Club Community Centre CIC pertaining specifically to the Redland Club and it's activities, are the addresses, emails and phone numbers of individuals and organisations who use the Club for their activities. These details have been given to us as part of the contractual arrangements set up when those individuals or organisations have agreed to hire the Redland Club premises to carry out their activities. These details are used by Redland Club Community Centre CIC purely for communications pertaining to the hiring of the Club and it's activities. The data is occasionally and infrequently used to inform contracted hirers about various activities that are taking place at the Club at different times.
The Club website provides information for the public about activities taking place at the Club and gives hirers' contact details such as phone numbers and email addresses. We have the permission of Club hirers to do this. We will remove these contact details from the website if hirers no longer wish these details to be made public.
