The Redland Club Community Centre located in the heart of Redland, Bristol, features two spaces available for hire for functions and activities – a Main Hall and a multi purpose “Vintage” function room.
The club has a useful and welcoming entrance/lobby area from which all the other facilities are accessed, including the kitchen and male, female and disability access toilets.
The Main Hall has a refurbished parquet floor suitable for dance classes, social dances, yoga lessons and more. (No metal stiletto heels or rough footwear are permitted). There is a range of lighting options, including spotlights and up-lighters. There are new vertical blinds at the windows. The kitchen is fitted to modern standards with fridge and microwave. Crockery and utensils are available.
These features make the Redland Club Community Centre a great place for hire – especially if you are looking for somewhere in the Redland/Clifton areas of Bristol.
The “Vintage Room” is a large multi-functional room available for hire and for use in different ways including classes, meetings, office type space and therapy sessions. Tables, seating and a therapist’s couch are available. Whatever the function, the space can be adapted to suit your requirements.
Redland Club Hire Charges
Main Hall (1200 sq ft)
Hall - based on hourly hire rates for regular bookings from £22 per hour 8.00-6pm; £24ph 6pm-11.00pm; £27ph at weekends.
NB: One – off bookings for Hall and Vintage Room – variable by arrangement depending on activity/event and whether commercial/private hire/community group.
For activities/classes exceeding 25 participants an additional charge may be made.
There is a minimum charge of £90 for Childrens' Parties/workshops/ (2 hour party + half hour each side to set up/clear away).
Access to the kitchen for hot drinks, refreshments is included. Use of the kitchen area for events ie) food preparation/catering may incur an additional charge.
For events requiring amplified music, an amplifier may be hired at an additional charge.
Vintage Room (300 sq ft)
The Vintage Room (a multi-functional room) is typically hired out on a sessional basis – ie) morning, afternoon or evening sessions. It can also be hired on an hourly basis.
Morning session 9am-1pm £55
Afternoon session 1.30-5.30pm £55
Evening 6pm-10pm £60
Hourly rate (or part thereof) £15
Access to the kitchen area for hot drinks, refreshments is included.
Please note that hire of the club is subject to terms and conditions included in the Hirer’s Agreement
The Main Hall and Vintage Function Room may be hired as one or independently of each other; on these occasions the communal facilities are shared ie) lobby, kitchen and toilets.
